Our Teachers

Our teachers have a love for learning. We believe that some of the most profound lessons can happen during everyday moments. Our teachers work with your child's natural inclination for exploration and investigation to create fun, flexible learning experiences that foster well-rounded development in a safe and caring environment. Learning happens best in a warm and nurturing environment in the care of highly skilled educators. At ALAS, all instructional staff members are trained in early childhood education and development. Teachers must pass a detailed background check and have extensive experience in childcare. ALAS staff must also continue their education through professional development opportunities and mandatory training to meet strict local and state licensing regulations.
