DAILY SCREENING

This school year we are faced with the unique challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The health and safety of our students and faculty is our top priority. The administration, faculty, and staff are continually working toward this goal, but we cannot do it alone. We must all work together to ensure a safe learning and work environment. We have developed a form that we will require all staff, parents/guardians to complete prior to arrival in the school building.

If you answer yes to any of the questions please remain home and contact your healthcare professional or call the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (800) 722-7112 for further instructions

Once you arrive at the building your temperature will be checked with a no-contact thermometer. If your temperature is elevated 100.00 or higher you will not be permitted to enter the building.
